Returns Policy

At Oz Outdoors, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and in their original packaging. Please note that certain products, such as personalised or perishable items, may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team within the 30-day period. They will provide you with a return authorisation number and guide you through the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you free of charge, once the returned item(s) have been received and processed.
